Our Story

Rubiela’s Jelly LLC was born from a passion for baking and community. “When I moved from California to Oregon, I couldn’t find a community baking center, so I started teaching classes at a local community center. Our journey began with artistic gelatin and expanded into bakery products, edible prints, and unique baking supplies. Officially registered on February 14, 2023, we are committed to providing high-quality products and sharing our love for baking with everyone. We proudly support small businesses and aim to bring the vibrant flavors and colors of Hispanic culture to every home.”
